Oh yes, before recovery the most important thing about anything I did was the food part. For example, if we went to the beach the most important thing was the ice cream. I only allowed myself to eat it after swimming and then felt guilty about it. But I thought about it the whole time. I would say: "swimming was great, the beach was beautiful!" But what was really the best thing for me was that ice cream. And I also felt guilty about not enjoying the beach as much as I said. I thought I was sweet addicted and messed up.
